Visit Visa Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for visit visa applications, including but not limited to:

• Visa application fees
• Processing charges
• Service fees
• Documentation and consultation charges
• Any other applicable administrative fees

are strictly non-refundable once payment has been received and the visa application has been submitted for processing.

2. Visa Approval Disclaimer

Journey Junction Travels & Tours acts solely as a travel and visa assistance provider. The decision to approve, reject, delay, or request additional documents rests entirely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision is made exclusively by the issuing authority.

3. No Refund in Case of Visa Refusal

No refund will be provided if:

• Your visa application is refused or rejected.
• The embassy requests additional documents.
• The visa processing is delayed.
• The visa is approved after your intended travel date.
• The embassy or immigration authority cancels or refuses the application for any reason.

4. Processing Fees

Once the visa application has been lodged with the relevant embassy or immigration authority, all processing and service charges are considered earned and cannot be refunded, regardless of the outcome of the application.

5. Client Responsibility

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, along with all required supporting documents. Any refusal, delay, or cancellation resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information shall not qualify for a refund.

6. Changes by Embassies or Authorities

Visa requirements, processing times, fees, and policies may change without prior notice at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. Journey Junction Travels & Tours shall not be held responsible for such changes, and they shall not constitute grounds for any refund.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By making payment and submitting a visa application through Journey Junction Travels & Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Visit Visa Refund Policy. You also accept that all payments are non-refundable once the application has been submitted for processing.
