Travel Policies
Each airline, hotel, tour operator, visa authority, or travel supplier has its own cancellation and refund rules. Journey Junction Travels & Tours (OTA) acts as an authorized travel intermediary and therefore follows the policies of the respective service provider.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined according to the cancellation policy applicable to the booked service.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, wherever technically possible.
Refund requests will normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days after approval, depending on the payment provider, bank, airline, hotel, or other travel supplier.
Payment gateway processing fees, banking charges, currency conversion fees, and any supplier-imposed cancellation charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Certain promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings may not qualify for any refund.
Service Delivery Policy
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Full payment has been successfully received; and
- Confirmation has been issued by the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator, visa authority, or travel service provider.
Booking confirmations, travel documents, tickets, vouchers, and invoices will be delivered electronically via the customer's registered email address or other agreed communication channels.
Journey Junction Travels & Tours (OTA) reserves the right to refuse any booking or transaction that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, international sanctions, anti-money laundering regulations, or any applicable legal requirements.
Dispute Resolution Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your booking or payment, you should first contact Journey Junction Travels & Tours (OTA) with complete booking details and supporting documents.
Our Customer Support Team will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly through mutual discussion.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably:
- The matter shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
- The decision of Journey Junction Travels & Tours (OTA), based on the applicable supplier policies and supporting documentation, shall remain binding unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all travel, immigration, visa, customs, health, and foreign exchange regulations applicable to their destinations.
